The application process begins with CV screening followed by SHL testing and a video interview. If successful, you are invited to an online interview with one of the recruitment team to explore your motivations for applying and to ask any questions you might have. If you pass this stage, you are invited to a final round assessment centre consisting of informal networking, competency-based interviews and a presentation. The recruitment team was incredibly supportive and friendly throughout the process. The assessment centre is the most relaxed I have attended. I would thoroughly recommend the process to any graduates.
