El proceso de selección fue de varias etapas. Primero fue una entrevista online en inglés asincrónica. Luego me hicieron hacer un test online con actividades para resolver. Y por último una entrevista presencial con otros candidatos; incluyó la resolución de un caso en forma grupal y luego una entrevista individual.

Candidatura su Linkedin, poi una prima chiamata con una HR. Successivamente via mail si accede ad un test online attitudinale e poi una videocall con due ingegneri, uno di prototipazione e l'altro ingegnere di processo.
primero una entrevista con rh, después citados en las instalaciones para resolver un caso de la empresa y fue en 4 horas por la mañana, se resolvió en equipo y otra parte en individual
