The first stage of recruitment was an interview via HireVue. There were 7 questions with a 45-minute time limit. Each question was also limited to 3 minutes. The interview itself could be doe asynchronously and need to be completed 7 days after the initial email.

This interview uses a recruitment website called HireVue, this interview consisted of 7 questions and contained personal questions that had to be answered in English. Each question was given 1 minute to prepare and 3 minutes to answer. This interview requires the candidate to turn on the microphone and camera of the device being used to record a video that will be sent upon completion of answering the questions.
