Het interview was competentiegericht, ik werd gevraagd over mijn ervaring, en zeer gedetailleerde vragen over projecten die ik hiervoor heb gedaan om zo mijn vaardigheden en potentie te bepalen om te opdracht te kunnen doen.

The interview was split into two parts. First one was answering pre-recorded questions and playing a few games that tested my quick thinking skills. Second one was with the manager of the team.

It was a virtual assessment with 5 behaviour questions and 2 games to understand your working style. You will have only 1 chance to record your answer. 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to talk.
