Three days after my application i was called by Human Resources in Poland, we talked about my experience in my current job, the reason of my application, and my salary expectation. I was informed that if the manager finds me suitable for the job, i will be called again for an interview. I did get a call for the interview, it was an online meeting. The interview seemed more about getting to know the candidate, there were not challenging questions about the experience. Now I'm waiting for feedback on whether there will be the third meeting.
