I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Philips (Home, KS) in Apr 2022
Interview
It was a internal referral. I was practically fast-tracked based on my previous years of experience in the industry. Very warm and friendly people. The process did not take a very long time before the offer letter was sent to me. Less than 2 weeks before an offer was officially made. Only conducted one interview with HR and one with the manager and leaders.
