straightforward process. You need to apply on their website. If your profile is deemed well aligned, you'll get a link to their hireview viertual interview assessment (or else a heartfelt rejection) in your mail. Questions asked in hireview are:
Please describe a time you set challenging goals for a project and what you did to achieve these goals. Describe the situation, your actions, and the outcome.
Tell us about a time you had to solve a problem at school or at work, but you were given confusing information. Please describe the situation, what you did, and the outcome.
Tell us about a time you joined a group of people and worked with them to accomplish a common goal. Describe the situation, what actions you took, and the result.
If you manage to ace that then you'll hear from the HR for a face to face online/offline interview.

The interview was split into two parts. First one was answering pre-recorded questions and playing a few games that tested my quick thinking skills. Second one was with the manager of the team.

It was a virtual assessment with 5 behaviour questions and 2 games to understand your working style. You will have only 1 chance to record your answer. 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to talk.
