Philips Lead interview questions

After 3 Rounds Technical 1 Manger Round of interview they kept my profile on hold for 2 weeks by making excuse of HR unavailability/holiday's etc and then after some follow up's calls, was informed that my job application has been rejected without any proper feedback.It's waste of time and effort & also justifies unprofessional reputation of the organization management.
