I applied and hopped on a 30min call with the recruiter then a 30min call with someone at Philo to learn more about the company and they can learn more about my background. I initially thought it went well until I was ghosted for 11 days with no update. I emailed the recruiter and he didn't respond so I had to emailed the 2nd interviewer. I was told they offered someone else the role. It's extremely rude to not follow up with a candidate especially during a time like this. I would highly not recommend interviewing at Philo.
