Hiring process starts like this: First is with the recruiter and if they see you’re a great fit, you’ll get to talk to hiring manger if you make it to the next round. I felt that interview went well. Waited patiently for updates, waited about 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks, I emailed the hiring manger for an update. They didn’t even take the time to write back and used the automated feature that tells you that you didn’t make the cut. Pretty unprofessional. It is not hard to take 5 minutes of your time to write an email.
