I talked with the recruiter and then talked to the hiring manager. I then completed their take home assessment for them and submitted it. I have followed up 3 times and its been over a month since I have submitted the take home and I never got any feedback on it, the recruiter basically said that they were still in the "process" of reviewing it. It is frustrating that as a candidate you spend a few hours on take home, and you at least expect a response in like 2 weeks or so on maximum.
