I have never experienced an interview process more disrespectful of my time than the one at Philo. Here is a breakdown of the process I went through: 1. Recruiter call (30 mins) 2. Hiring manager call (1 hour) 3. Hiring manager + executive call (1 hour) 4. Project (took about 6 - 8 hours) 5. 5 Separate panel interviews (4.5 hours) 6. Hiring manager (1 hour) After all of this, and getting positive feedback from recruiting after each of these steps, I was rejected for "not having enough technical depth". How did it take all of these interviews and all of this time for them to discover I had this deficiency? They could have rejected me at any point during the process and they waited until I had completed all of it to do so. This isn't the first time I've been rejected by a company and certainly won't be the last. But, this process is so incredibly disrespectful of the candidates time as to be unbelievable.
