Two interviews included in the process. First was a phone interview with the recruiter/HR person and the second was a one on one with the communications director. She asked a lot of situational and behavioral questions to see if you could handle the stress of the job and if you had all the qualification for PR, design and social media. Most PR people do not have experience in all three, because they are all different jobs. It's recommended to highlight any experience you have working across departments to create a whole package for a company.
