I had a phone interview within about a week of applying and a couple weeks after received a email notification for all day in-person interview. I took a day off work from my current job in order to interview, as again it was a process that lasted all day. After the interview ended, I was given no feedback about the next steps in the process. I immediately sent an email to the recruiter asking for details, and did not receive a response. A couple of weeks later, I sent another email, asking the status, and also asking that I be told if I was not being considered, and if they had moved on in the process. It's been a month, and I have never received a response. At this point, I am no longer interested.

Very intensive interview process, including a personality test. About seven one-on-one interviews, which was beneficial as the team dynamics and culture were easily observed. Communication from the recruiter was consistent and positive throughout the entire process. I was heartbroken when I did not receive an offer, however, I was not left guessing and received a nice phone call to communicate their decision.
