Applied online and received a phone call for an interview about a month later. The interview was with the manager of the department and was very informal and relaxed. She really just wanted to get to know who I was and how I interact and If I would fit in with her team. She informed me they have other candidates to see and I would hear from her in a few weeks. I followed up with a thank you email the next day and I received a call from HR 2 days after the interview with an offer.
