I applied online using the career search engine on their website. I received a call about a week later to discuss opportunities within the behavioral health field. I missed the call, and called back, but it took another week for them to get back to me. When I finally got the call back I was scheduled for an interview. The interview was fairly laid back and was held in the front lobby in comfortable chairs. I was interviewed by the clinical manager, and she explained to me in detail the position and what it entails and then proceeded to ask about my past experiences. Most of the interview questions were situation based, i.e. "tell me about a time you dealt with a customer/client who was unhappy."
