Applied online and took sometime for someone to call me back. Had a phone screening and was told to wait till my Arizona Fingerprint card was processed. Once I had the card I sent it in to HR and they set me up with a face to face interview. I waited in the main lobby for about 10 minutes after my arrival. Met with the Manager of the Bio-Behavioral Unit for the interview, we sat in the lobby. Interview lasted about 45 minutes, then I asked some questions totaling an hour for the interview. It was difficult and very detail oriented.

Asked to come in for a face to face interview with BHT manager. Then she discussed my past experience working with children and if I had any experience working with children that require special attention or with intellectual disabilities.
