Interview
The interview started with a phone call from a recruiter. I had applied a few weeks prior, it took a while to hear anything from anyone. I called HR to see if anyone would get in contact with me, not sure if that sped up a recruiter getting in contact with me or not. Once the recruiter called me they asked a lot of simple questions, what my goals for nursing were, what I was interested in for working, the experience I have, and what I am currently pursing (school wise). I also mentioned I had a few friends who work at the hospital which I think was helpful. Why pheonix childrens is a question you should be prepared to answer thoroughly. I got pushed through to an interview after that, the interview questions were similar to the recruiter questions.

Question 1
They ask about a difficult situation you had with a patient and what you did to overcome it? They ask why you are choosing this role, 10 year plan, and why pediatrics. It helps to be prepared with their mission statement but it wasnt too hard. Name drop if you can. They like to hire within.
Only needed positions for patient sitter and the made the interview be about working in the floor but in the end you would get hired to be a sitter. Pay was offered very low.

The interview process was easy and it took about 30-40 min. They were very friendly and interview questions were based around the core values of the company. The interview was online due to the pandemic so it was very laid back.
