The recruiter interviewed me first, followed by zoom interviews with the hiring team, followed by in person interviews with the interview team and additional stakeholders. I flew into Phoenix twice to complete the process. The process took 3.5 months, and was decided on a personality preference. The communication was slow, and the decision not to select was delivered harshly and little respect once they made a decision. They were only "nice" until they got what they wanted.
