I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Piedmont Airlines (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2018
Interview
The process was long. I applied with Piedmont Airlines back in the end of November 2017. I did not receive an email from the recruiter until February 2018. We set up a date and time to have phone interview. The call was easy. Most of it was her explaining the position to me and basically advising me to the lifestyle I'm planning to get myself into. She asked me some questions and then invited me for a F2F interview with a group in March 2018.
The group interview started at 8am. It was really informative and fun especially the group that I was with. It was an introduction to yourself and reading off an announcement to the whole room, a couple of group activities and then a quiz of all the information that they went over that day. After the quiz, they posted up a list of names that would go on to have a 1 on 1 interview with the panel. I had my turn towards at the end. They asked me a few questions and let me know that they were going to get in touch with me within two weeks.
I received a call, actually, three weeks later and got offered the job. I accepted! Training starts in May for four weeks and then, in-flight training with an experienced flight attendant at my base.

Virtual and phone interview were very pleasant. I think Piedmont especially made the virtual interview process easy and not intimidating. The phone interview I completed was very friendly and felt more like an upbeat casual conversation. I did receive my face to face interview.
