I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Piedmont Airlines (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2018
Interview
I set it up an phone interview, very causal very easy yes or no questions. Are you willing to relocate? Do you have any visble tattoos? Are you allergic to cats or dogs? Do you have a passport? I was then offered a face to face interview about three weeks out in a Philadelphia, I accepted. The next interview consisted of about 12-15 people going over piedmont history and a detailed description of what to expect if you are hired. We had a few group activities and a test over the information. We had a break and there was a list of people who made the one on one. I was one of the few selected for the next step. The questions for one on one were pretty basic on how I handled certain situations. The process of that takes 2 weeks and should receive a call if selected:

Interview
Virtual and phone interview were very pleasant. I think Piedmont especially made the virtual interview process easy and not intimidating. The phone interview I completed was very friendly and felt more like an upbeat casual conversation. I did receive my face to face interview.
