I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Piedmont Airlines (Philadelphia, PA) in Sep 2018
Interview
The process was super quick and easy. Applied 9/18
Phone Interview 9/19
F2F interview in Philadelphia 9/24
At first you listen to a presentation about the company. After a break we had to give a 2 minute or less presentation about ourself and why we are unique and our past CS and also read an announcement out loud. Then we broke off into groups and did 2 activities and then took a 20 question test to see if we were listening. (Easiest test ever). After then we had lunch and then started with F2F interviews. At the end of the interview we had to voice out a command LOUD!
Be yourself and enjoy the process because it was definitely an awesome experience for me!

Virtual and phone interview were very pleasant. I think Piedmont especially made the virtual interview process easy and not intimidating. The phone interview I completed was very friendly and felt more like an upbeat casual conversation. I did receive my face to face interview.
