I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Piedmont Airlines (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2022
Interview
I thought I would need to apply to lots of FA jobs before I heard back, but instead I heard back from Piedmont within a few days of applying. First they did a phone screening; the recruiter was cool and told me what the challenges of the job might be (the lifestyle, the pay). Within a week I received a request to do a face-to-face interview in North Carolina. By the next week they sent me flight information and hotel booking (both paid for). If you live 2 hours pr closer to Charlotte NC you will need to drive yourself there. I flew out the day before the interview, arrived in the afternoon, checked into the hotel, got some dinner (not comped). The next morning we started at 9:30am in the conference room of the same hotel which was convenient (we were allowed to store our luggage in the room). We started with a group activity which involved figuring out 5 things we had in common with the others at our table. Then the recruiter gave a presentation about the benefits and the details of the job. Then we took a break for lunch (provided by them), and then we were taken to another room to wait while 4 employees did one-on-one interviews. First they started with the people who needed to fly back out that afternoon. The interview itself was quick. The questions were very similar to the ones I read here on Glassdoor; it helped to have prepared my answers ahead of time. As soon as I was done the hotel provided a shuttle to take me back to the airport.
In 24 hours I got the offer, and after thinking it over for 24 hours I intend to accept it.

Virtual and phone interview were very pleasant. I think Piedmont especially made the virtual interview process easy and not intimidating. The phone interview I completed was very friendly and felt more like an upbeat casual conversation. I did receive my face to face interview.
