They called me and arranged for a on call interview. The interview was pretty easy just asked about my work ethic and reason for choosing the company. Wasn’t anything to crazy or intrusive.

Applied online and received a call from the base manager the next day, setting up for the In-person interview. When I got into the interview manager asked me a few questions about really basic knowledge of the aircraft.
