I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Piedmont Airlines (Alexandria, VA) in Mar 2025
Interview
I applied online, I was invited to an info session after 2 days, and then to the hiring event, it was a group interview with about 80 people, between gate and ramp, we took an assessment about what we talked about on the info session, and then just introduced ourselves one by one, after that they called us one on one to let us know the results and I was offered the job on the spot. Easy... I just signed the offer letter that same afternoon (yesterday 03/05/2025) and I am now waiting for the background check.
very simple process, they just want to see what you know about their company initially . it was a large group interview and we took a test to test our knowledge of the company
