They observed more so how you were in a group setting and how your personality is verses asking you the typical interview questions. Which I found very refreshing since most interviews you feel nervous and a little on edge. This interview environment made you feel like you could be more yourself.

Group interview. If you have a pulse and can spell your name then you were offered the position. Most people don’t accept the role because they can’t even pass a drug test or may not be able to complete the training schedule. If you aren’t flexible, you should probably not apply.
