I applied for a RN position and received an email the next day to setup a phone interview. The day of the phone interview, the recruiter was 30 minutes late. I did not receive a phone call until after I emailed the recruiter, inquiring if she needed to reschedule the interview. The interview only lasted 2 minutes because she immediately told me that I had to wait a few months before I would be eligible for the job. She then asked if I wanted to hear more about the job even though I was not qualified for it yet. I politely declined and ended the phone conversation. There was no point in the recruiter asking to speak with me if she already knew that I was not qualified. She completely wasted my time and even had an attitude over the phone when she was the one who was late. It was a terrible experience.
