You get an e-mail to set up a phone screen. From there they ask you the standard 5-6 questions that most interviewers ask, i.e. Tell me about yourself/work experience, why do you want this job, and questions about education/last employment. Then they tell you either you have an in person interview and set you up right there with a date and time or they say they're passing your information along to the hiring manager to contact you directly. (Nothing is done same day and it can take over a week for someone to even contact you). I'm still in the hiring process for 3 positions and my first response was two weeks ago.
