I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Piedmont Healthcare (Fayetteville, GA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Got called for an interview, missed their call & they left s voicemail. Followed up and basic questions were asked, “why Piedmont”, “previous (brief) work experience”, gave information about the position. Scheduled an interview for the following few days as I was out of town at the time. Arrived to the interview a few mins early and was greeted by the clinical manager on the floor (med/surg). The interview was with another manager from a a different floor since there were 2 open positions. Very standardized questions, behavioral questions, an outline of the job description & hours were given. Got a follow up call about s day or two later with an offer and start date. Pretty easy and smooth process. Everyone was super friendly.

The interview went great. I applied online, heard back in about two days about what units I'm interested in and qualify for, and they set an interview with their unit directors.
