Very easy. It was about three managers that gave a series of questions about different scenarios within the hospital. Just try to answer to the best of your ability.
Phone call with unit manager after a phone call with HR. Not long after my conversation with the manager I received an offer. She asked typical interview questions. She had a set she had to ask, even though they’re corny.
