During the phone screening, the manager was literally chewing in my ear. I tried to ignore it but it was very distracting. I know that things get busy, however it's very rude. She promised to follow-up, so I waited to see what would happen. Nothing at all happened, she ghosted me. I will never consider an opportunity because she did not support the professionalism that the organization attempts to portray.
