Applied online then contacted by a recruiter. I immediately answered with my availability for an interview with the hiring manager, but no response. I followed up with 2 emails and phone calls, only to receive a reply a full week later saying “we missed each other”. Interviewed by Zoom with hiring manager and was told I would receive a response. Another week goes by and I email to get a follow up. Within two hours, I get a cut and paste rejection email. This company has completely wasted my time and their “ghosting” practices on candidates is unacceptable. If this is the way they treat candidates, I can assume this company does not value their employees or patients.
