Formal but laid back. Disclaimer: I work in another department at the facility so I'm familiar with the people I interviewed with. Therefore, once I submitted the application I was emailed by the talent acquisition department to set up times for an interview. I interviewed with four staff therapists that asked me questions about my resume, FW experience, and a few behavioral interview questions and then of course I asked them questions.
