The new grad interview was a panel interview set up with various managers in that speciality. For cardiology for instance there were 3 managers and each described their units and little about their staff and patients.

Why did you choose that specific speciality? Small Case Sceanario. What makes you the best candidate for the position?
You will be greeted nicely, they will make you Shadow the unit and get an idea of what it looks like and what they do there. The manager is very nice and is willing to communicate with you by letting you express your desire
