Interview
Interview process was easy and laid back. Did not feel nervous or pressured. I was interviewed by the nurse managers for 3 floors and ask a series of questions which were easy to answer. Such as why did you become a nurse. Etc. got a call back within 2 hours of leaving interview offering me the job.

Interview process was very accommodating due to me having to travel from another state. The HR recruiter worked around my travel schedule. The unit manager explained the hiring process and gave all the details about the unit.
