I was contacted by an offsite Human Resources person who asked basic employment questions. The telephone Interview was followed up with an interview with Manager of Department. After interviewing and receiving offer was hired to start 2 weeks later.

Interview
The interview process with Piedmont Healthcare for the Patient Access role was very straightforward. It was a panel interview with three interviewers, and they each took turns asking questions. The questions were mainly behavioral and situational, focusing on how I handle different patient interactions, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment. Overall, the process felt organized and professional, and the interviewers created a comfortable atmosphere. However, I decided not to move forward with the position.
Interview was very laid back. Questions are straight forward. I didn't feel imitated at all during the interview process. They talked about the position and advised what they expect from me as a new team member.
