After applying online July 2024, a recruiter reached out to me for a phone screening within a week or so. I was not selected for a face-to-face interview. Phone screening was more informational than an interview. Im about 100% sure the recruiter and/or Piedmont Healthcare do not want minorities in a recruiters position! My resume and skills matched this position 110%! When the recruiter called her voice changed once she heard my voice. This has happened more than once with Piedmont. I have recruited for one of the biggest hospital in the country but never have been offered a position here. The only reason is apparent! They dont want minorities in these position. I have recruited New Grad nurses, participated in Job fairs etc. Thinking about taking legal actions.
