From the initial correspondence with the recruiter to speaking with the Directors of Project Management, I cannot speak highly enough of the experience during the interview process with Piedmont. Recruiter and directors were all transparent about the process and what the job would entail. It seemed to me that they all cared, not only about ensuring the person fit the position and culture but that it would also be viewed as a success from the interviewee’s perspective - both immediate and long-term. Highly recommend applying to Piedmont. In the end, I went with another organization prior to the completion of the process but it’s an organization I could see myself apply to again in the future.
