Remote customer service role working outpatient scheduling. Interviewed by multiple representatives in the department mostly team leads and managers. Multiple questions are asked in order to identify your characteristics and how you would fit with the team.
Took awhile to hear from the recruiter to get an interview, but once I did my phone interview the process moved quick. second interview with the manager of the clinic then a shadowing interview
