Interview
This job requires knowledge of web technologies (HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript) however, they do not require prior knowledge of these technologies. They want to know that you are willing to learn and willing to help future interns learn. I had to figure out a process for creating backend admin apps for grails an write a tutorial for it. No other intern had ever used grail to ceate the backend admin app. But this is what they want to see. An ability to work on your own and the ability to share your knowledge with other people. Above all, they want to know that your a good person. Really, they have to work with you. Show up on time and be honest with them. If you have a passion for learning and you have a passion for technology then you are doing well at this place.
