Was asked to drive to Eagle Point and be observed working. Then was interviewed by the area manager. After picking up cigarette butts in the parking lot and cleaning the showers and bathrooms, I was interviewed for 5 minutes and sent home saying they would let me know.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pilot Flying J (Davenport, IA) in Mar 2015

Was pretty simple. First was an easy going interview to discuss the company and myself. Second time it was a much more technical interview but still really laid back and informal. Was offered the job on the second interview.
