Filled out a paper application and turned it in to the manager on duty. The interview process consisted of a tour of the facility, an overview of the daily tasks expected for completion, and a brief orientation to the POS register system. Once these were over I was put in front of a register.

Interview
The first manager I worked for was an outstanding manager. He was very professional and very likeable which made for an easy feel atmosphere... The second was fabulous as well. He had to transfer to a different location. The 3rd Manager showed favoritism which made a very uncomfortable atmosphere.. Unfairness wasn't even the word for his actions!

The interview went well with the Gm and Regional Manager. I had something on my background from 2004 that had nothing to do with theft which is what the HR said was important. I was lied to by Human Resources, Dawn and received a call in less than 20 minutes that I was denied the job.
