Interview
The process seemed to be straight forward. The Interview with the Recruiter and VP, HR went exceptionally well, but despite being told twice that I was on a very short list, getting information from them was near impossible.

Question 1
The VP, HR never did HR till he came to the company and it was obvious. I would not have hired him myself, if the situation was reversed. He did make a point of telling me that when I receive an offer, it will not be negotiated, and that's always good information.
