I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pilot Flying J (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Very friendly. Multiple interviews. Always told to ask questions of the interviewer. The interviewers really do not ask many questions of you so be sure to volunteer information that highlights your skills since the interview is not very structured. The conversational nature of the interview makes it a more comfortable experience than others.

the interview was casual and extremely laid back. Not what I expected from a company of this size. A lot of time was spent talking about the culture of the company and the integrity of the owner.
