I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pinchin (Winnipeg, MB) in Jun 2011
Interview
Informal, round table type atmosphere with questions about work experience and situational questions. Not intimidating, actually the opposite quiter relaxed and comfortable. I was made comfortable, offered water or coffee and seemed like they wanted to get to know me as a person.
The interview was a positive experience; the team was professional, welcoming, and clear about expectations, responsibilities, and workplace culture, which made the discussion engaging, informative, and encouraging overall. Good and pecerc
Online interview with project manager. Pay scale was less. Need one year of experience. First phone interview with HR team. Process was smooth. Hr is responsive. I really thought i will get the job
The interview process was professional and well-structured. They asked thoughtful questions about my background and requested relevant work samples, which showed they were serious about finding the right fit. Unfortunately, after the interview, I was informed that the position was put on hold. While disappointing, I appreciated their transparency and professionalism throughout the process
