A 3rd-party recruiter contacted me regarding a few positions, including a role at Pinger on the backend team. I had a mostly-non-technical phone screen with the VP Engineering and then an onsite interview maybe a week later.
For the onsite interview I met with the hiring manager, 3 engineers and the VP Eng for technical interviews, and with the CTO and CEO for non-technical interviews. This took maybe 3.5 hours.
I was given a verbal acceptance later that day and a written offer 1-2 days later. I was given a few days to finish up other interviews and make a decision. I didn't negotiate the offer because it was $5-10k higher than expected.
