Recruiter reached out.
First was the coding round.
Then there was virtual onsite round.
I was interviewing for an intermediate level and for the virtual onsite round all the three interviewers who asked me coding questions were intermediate level with fewer years of experience than me. That is a really bad way of hiring by these companies because a rather Junior interviewer just sits there without guiding you properly, and can not assess your true experience level.
At the end, I received an email from a different recruiter I hadn't met during process telling me "it was nice to meet you" and giving me the rejection news and telling me they regret they can not give in depth feedback. It felt very impersonal for me as a candidate who made it to the last stage of interview process.
