The initial phone call with the recruiter was very helpful and informative. It was also very casual and concise. She gave me time to ask questions and shared specifics about the role the team and the benefits & pay
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pinterest (London, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
HR screener then VC interview with client partner from the team or hiring manager. This changed a lot and they didn’t know who would do the interview. It changed 3 times, they cancelled on the day then never rearranged and moved on with process. Was a complete shambles and waste of everyone’s time
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Pinterest (London, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
Took two months to respond to an application, which is comical. Quick turnaround in terms of screening. HR Partner spoke extremely fast. The first interview with the hiring manager was okay, although highly unstructured and the hiring manager abruptly left (not a great look) albeit beyond the scheduled time. I had to chase the HR Partner to get an answer over a week later. I've interviewed with most of the big tech companies and this was one of the worst in terms of speed of communication.
