It took a couple of months to hear from them the first time. Pleasant interview with HR, general questions, nothing surprising. They contacted me much quicker after that to talk with the manager. They were looking for someone who prefers to stay with the team rather than switch soon after getting hired. The manager was very passionate about the work and the people working there. Positive feedback on the second interview but I haven't heard from them since (almost a month ago).
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Pinterest (New York, NY)
Interview
Possibly one of the worst interviewing experiences I've ever had. Gave me less than 24 hours notice to come onsite for the interview, changed my work schedule to accommodate, and then they never communicated with me again after I followed up multiple times. I was sent an auto-email rejection. No respect for my time and not even so much as a courtesy phone call let alone even an email from a human. As someone who works in HR I was appalled they would treat their candidates this way.
