Interview with HR about 30 min. In the first 15 min, I was asked several questions about my resume. They were pretty easy. In the last 15 min, HR asked some behavioral questions. Because I thought behavioral questions rarely appeared in the phone interview, I didn't prepare very well. Give me an example that you have creative ideas and work with others to implete those ideas. Give me an exmaple that you finish a long-term project. Give me an example that you help customer solve problem and lead to better customer service.
